Terms of Purchase
After agreeing on a price, type, and quantity, we ask you to pay the full value through the methods mentioned in the following paragraph..
Usually, we send the goods via DHL, UPS, or any of the airmail methods.
After you receive the goods, and in the event that it does not suit you for any reason – you can send it back to the main center in Malaysia or to our branches in Madinah or in Muscat, and we grant you a full refund and you only bear the cost of resending the goods to the branch or head office.
